Art with Very Peri the Pantone Color of 2022

"A New Pantone Color Whose Courageous Presence Encourages Personal Inventiveness And Creativity." Pantone

In 2000, the Pantone Color Institute created the Pantone Color of the Year as a trendsetting concept for branding, marketing and creativity. This year they have created a purple/blue hue to encourages personal inventiveness and creativity, personally I believe that color can be an important of our wellbeing and I love how they motivate this color. When I looked into my collections I noticed that this color came into my paintings while painting in flow by the water. In this blogpost I have added a few of these pieces.

In Silverling from the Washing Cottage collection, we see a mixture of blue, reds and purple tones.

Color to bring the sense of calm, hope and daring curiosity to your home. This painting was painted outside on the rocks by the lake Vänern in the summer of 2021. It captures a sliver lined moment in time.

Colorplay holds hues of Very Peri to bring innovation to an office space, or at home. In this painting it is combined with lively summer set colors, to bring a sense of vibrancy and energy.

You can find this painting in the washing cottage collection.

Aqua is a mixed media painting where you can find the tones of Very Peri with blue and greens. Bringing a sense of energy and balance into one piece of art. You can find this piece in the Fragments Collection.

Purple palette brings a strong version of purple, reds but it also brings in blue hues and a sense of calm.

This painting can be found in the collection Reflective Emotions.

If you would like a painting that fits a background in Very Peri. We have combined the purple blur Very Peri wall with the mixed media painting Hope.

You can find the Hope painting in the Fragment Collection.

Adventure a painting we selected to bring a sense of harmony to the Pantone Color of the year 2022 Very Peri. You can find this painting in the Reflective Emotions Collection. It hangs in my office for now.

Couldn't help sharing the view from the art studio this morning as the sky right now is a great inspiration to my color palettes.

If you like these kind och color curated art collections, let me know so that I can create more for you!

I am very inspired by how colors makes us feel, I select colors in my own home for wellbeing and energy.

Most of my color inspiration comes from nature, and I think that color and wellness is linked ot how we perceive color.

This is a detail of a painting in progress painted. When I look at it now it is warmer than very peri but very much related to the inspiration from the morning sky. It will be a part of the collection Reflective Emotions once it is finished.

One more idea for how to pair a Very Peri wall with a painting.

This piece is filled with texture, layers and shades. The title is "In My Garden" and it speaks about the story behind the painting. Bringing in some color home, brings in a sense of spring, growth and the pink from the winter sky. You can find it here.

I hope you had some color inspiration. Let me know if you want more!
